Since its formation in 2008, the Boston String Ensemble has performed at over 700 weddings and special events throughout New England. With former clients including US Presidents, Senators, Governors, Universities such as Harvard and MIT, and performances at local and destination weddings, the Boston String Ensemble has the experience you need to create a perfect moment at your event that you and everyone else will remember forever.
Our core ensemble consists of violins, viola, and cello, and we are able to collaborate with other instrumentalists or singers based on your request. We will work closely alongside you to plan a music setlist that you and your guests will enjoy and cherish even after the special day has passed. Our large repertoire includes traditional classical selections, jazz standards, classic rock, pop and top 40. We are continuously adding new selections, and we will turn any song that you select into a reality.
We have a simple booking process that takes the hassle out of hiring event or ceremony musicians, ensures quality performances at your event, and makes you breathe easy knowing you are in good hands. Our tested and reliable management team will work closely with you to ensure timely arrival at you event with adequate time to check-in with a wedding coordinator, organizer, or event planner.
